Service
Connect another building without digging a trench.
A dedicated wireless bridge connects the network between buildings. Access points inside each building then provide WiFi to devices.
The problem
Why it matters
Running cable or fibre across driveways, yards or between buildings can be costly or impractical.
How it works
Our approach
- 01Point-to-point links connect two buildings; point-to-multipoint links connect several from one hub.
- 02Each link needs clear line of sight and the Fresnel zone — an oval-shaped space around that line — kept mostly free of trees, roofs and other obstacles.
- 03Weather, interference and model-specific limits are assessed in the design. We never promise a range or speed without a link design.
- 04Fibre is offered as an alternative where a trench or conduit is practical.
Suitable for
- Home to shed or studio
- Office to warehouse
- Separate site buildings
- Camera backhaul
Installation includes
- Line-of-sight survey
- Mounting at both ends
- Link alignment and configuration
- Throughput check
Relevant equipment
- Ubiquiti UISP / airMAX / UniFi building bridges
- Mounting poles and brackets
What changes the price
- Distance and line of sight
- Mounting heights
- Power at both ends
- Required throughput and CCTV traffic
