Our Method

  • 1. Property Survey

    Survey the property via either in-person, video call, or floor plan. The best cable grade is selected for the system, the best Wireless System is selected for the coverage and estimated device totally. Cable containment options are also given at the point of survey. Extras for your networking system can be offered, you might want these, you might not!

  • 2. Quote 

    Quote is sent over by next business day. Your quote will then be sent via email to the email address that has been provided.

  • 3. Deposit

    Deposit received for 50% of the total installation. Funds are waited to be received before booking in the installation to our engineer’s schedules. Equipment and parts are ordered for your installation. Payments are collected via online card payment (fee applies), direct debit, or BACS.

  • 4. Installation schedule

    Installation scheduled with our engineers – all survey notes and information previously discussed. Engineers schedule generally has a 14-day booking in date from the day of deposit payment.

  • 5. Reminders sent

    Reminders sent before your installation. The reminder is sent one week before the installation – There is no fee if the date is changed at this point for the installation. The reminder is sent one day before installation. There is a charge payable of £150+VAT for a date change one day before the booking

  • 6. Complete Installation

    Smart Wi-Fi engineers complete the installation of network cables on your property. Then the mounting and commissioning of your Wireless Access Point to give you full coverage as per the survey. The cable routes used would be ones previously mentioned or advised on the day.

  • 7. Connected

    Get connected. After the installation is complete, we will then give you access to your Wi-Fi System Dashboard and is accessed via an app for Android/iOS or a web link. You will be provided with a web link, username & password. Here you can view your new Wi-Fi system.

Maintenance:

Wi-Fi systems are maintenance remotely by our team regularly for your peace of mind.

Warranty: 

Cabling installations are guaranteed for 12 months following the date of the installation. Wi-Fi equipment is guaranteed for 12 months following the date of installation. If a call-out is required to complete a repair, and it is diagnosed and proven that the fault is not of poor installation or faulty equipment, the time is chargeable. There is no charge for a call-out if the equipment is deemed to be faulty.

Service Promise:

If you are an existing customer, and in the event, you require assistance with your system. We will endeavor to resolve your problem within 14 days, often it is much sooner!
